On Tuesday 7th February, we’re putting on a Nando’s comedy gig, ‘The Other Side’ and we’ve got ten pairs of tickets (and of course loads of PERi-PERi) up for grabs for those up for a laugh.

Back for its second year, we’ve got four hilarious comedians lined up to storm the stage at the Nando’s Highcross restaurant. Chris Ramsey an Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee who you might’ve spotted on Celebrity Juice or 8 Out of 10 Cats, Jarred Christmas the Kiwi from 2011’s Celebrity Mastermind, Tom Davis whose characters have probably already made you laugh on Channel 4’s Morgana Show, and Paul McCaffrey who debuted his solo standup, ‘Saying Something Stupid’ at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

To get your hands on a pair of tickets, just make us laugh by adding the punch line to the following joke …we’ll pick the ten that have us creasing up to come along.

Q. Um, Why is it only available on iOS and Android? I’ve got a Blackberry/Nokia and I feel left out.

A. Sorry, we had to choose which platforms to develop the app for and we went with the two most popular for smartphones – based on general technology trends and also what we see from the stats for our website and other online activity. Remember too, we recently launched a mobile-friendly version of our website, so if you visit nandos.co.uk on *any* mobile device, then you’ll be able to easily find and get directions to your nearest Nando’s as well as check out the full Nando’s menu. There’s also an official Nando’s Nokia app that’s been around a while and we’re already looking at options for Blackberry and how we can bring some more app love to our Nando’s fans that like a side of BBM with their chicken.

Q. How come the Nando’s app doesn’t have a menu or let me order Nando’s straight from my phone?

A. We decided to focus on the social side of things with the first version of the app – making it easier to find and get directions to your nearest Nando’s, meet up with your mates and check-in using Facebook, as well as a load of other nice things like being able to save and share your favourite Nando’s. We’re already working on version two which will include a tasty pocket version of the menu, as well as other top secret, yet-to-be announced, features that we think you’ll love. So, watch this space!

However, there’s one thing missing. A massive hole that needs filling with a bit more festivity – the ultimate celebration of Christmas in a single wool garment. Yep, you need a Nando’s Christmas Jumper.

As you know, these extremely limited edition jumpers are not for sale. But, because of the amount of love you’ve shown us (and there was a lot of it) we’ ve managed to get our hands on the very last one* to give away to one lucky Nando’s fan. Because, after all, it’s Christmas and we think you deserve it!

So, how do you get your hands on the last remaining Nando’s Christmas Jumper? Well, we’d like to see your finest festive photos, ones that make us laugh, smile or just feel all Christmassy.

Finding out about having his noise being voted the Ultimate Nando’s Noise, Mitchell said: “I am thrilled to be have won. From hearing the ads on the radio, I just had to enter, not only for the holiday but for the year’s supply of Nando’s. I will be celebrating my win with a medium half chicken and chips! In between the wraps and wings, Rizzle Kicks and Loick Essien couldn’t help themselves with an improptu performance of the Justin Timberlake’s “Like I Love You” to get everyone warmed up and ready for the show.

Loick kicked things off with his favourite tracks, impressing the crowd with his vocal chords and singing his hit, “How We Roll”. Then he treated the crowd to his latest song “Me Without You” – which had everyone swaying and fully in the mood for some more tunes.

Rizzle Kicks were next to storm the stage and performed their hits including, “Down with the Trumpets”, even bringing their very own trumpet player along for the crowd to get down with.

Screams echoed through the Bullring when Olly took to the stage to perform his new number one single, “Dance with me Tonight”. Although remaining tight-lipped on who had his vote on X-Factor this weekend, Olly went on perform “Please don’t let me go”.

Leaving the crowd wanting more, Olly Murs and Rizzle Kicks ended the show with a rather tasty performance of “Heart Skips a Beat” then later stuck around to sign autographs and have their photos taken with fans.
