This week saw London Scottish players swap rugby balls for PERi-PERi chicken, as they tried their hands at being Nando’s staff on Wednesday at our Hill Rise Nando’s in Richmond. Fans flocked from far and wide to see the boys don aprons and man the grills and tills to keep our hungry customers happy.
After everyone had eaten to their heart’s content, the players sat down to enjoy a team meal and reflected on the rigors of working on the grills at Nando’s. Although they gave it a great try and had damn good handling skills, they were no match for our Nandocas.
Thanks again to the London Scottish boys, who coped with the heat of our chicken and make us proud. And we hope you have a clucking good end to the season!
