It was a wonderful weekend down at Stadbally Co Laois when Nando’s Dublin flew down for the Electric Picnic Music and Arts festival.
The crew couldn’t believe gorgeous the weather was on Friday when they fired up the Nando’s BBQ for the first time over the three day festival!
The Nando’s tent had special VIP visits from the gorgeous Georgia Salpa and Claudine Keane when they enjoyed some delicious treats.
As always our chicken was a firm favourite with the rugby men of Ireland and it was no surprise to see players like Leo Cullen and Malcolm O’Kelly popping into the arena once the smell of chicken hit the air.
Sunday saw the team travel back in time to the 1920’s. Feathers boas and flapper dresses galore were spied amongst the crowd as they queued for their Nando’s lunch. Later, festival goers enjoyed top tunes from the likes of Massive Attack as the party continued.
Overall an ‘electric’ time was had by all at the Electric Picnic and the Nando’s team loved the fact that we could dance to top quality tunes as we barbequed an array of delicious meals for the festival crowd!
