It’s simple. We’ve a range of graduate careers specifically designed to support and challenge you, allowing you to become a Patrao in just eighteen months. By the end of our programme, you’ll be running your own restaurant, and be managing a team of over thirty Nandocas. Think you’re up to the job? Then get in touch.

What can you look forward to?

Throughout the eighteen month programme, your training and development will be top of the agenda. In the first three months, we’ll provide you with in-depth management training. This will give you the skills and understanding you’ll need to get the most out of the restaurant placements that follow.

You can expect loads of perks too. There’s a great annual leave entitlement and the opportunity to sign up for a virgin stakeholder pension scheme.
