Patrao (Restaurant Manager)
You should have experience of managing a restaurant operation and appreciate that customer service is of paramount importance. You’ll have great interpersonal skills and recognise that looking after your team ensures business success.
Assistant Patrao
It’s important that you have some supervisory/management experience gained in a hospitality or retail environment. Restaurant experience isn’t always necessary. Graduate / Trainee Managers
If you’re a graduate or a college leaver with a positive, can-do attitude and experience of dealing with customers, Nando’s is a great place to begin your management career. Graduates should have a degree in a related discipline such as Hospitality or Business and can take full advantage of our comprehensive management learning and development programme.
