Great News! They have arrived. Gift cards are now available to purchase from all of our UK restaurants. You can load any value from £5.00 - £100.00 or €5.00 - €100.00 in the Republic of Ireland. How do I register my card?

Simply go to www.nandos.co.uk/giftcard, click "Register your card" and follow the simple instructions. Registering your card allows you to protect your card balance, so if it ever goes missing, your money won't. (Terms and conditions apply).

The gift card can be used to pay for part or all of your meal at any of our UK restaurants.

How much can I top up?

Your card can be loaded with any value between £5.00 and £100.00.

Can I exchange the balance on my card for cash?

Afraid not! Any remaining balance will be stored on the card and may be used to pay for future purchases.

Can I use my NHS discount when buying a gift card?

Afraid not! When buying a gift card you cannot use your discount.

Can I use my NHS discount and loyalty card when paying with a gift card?

Yes you can, when you use the gift card to pay for a meal you can still get your discount and get your loyalty card stamped!

I have more than one gift card, can I merge them onto one card?

Sorry, you cannot merge the values onto one card but you can use multiple cards in one transaction.

Can I split the balance of my card onto two cards?

Sorry, this is not possible at this time.

Can I order cards in bulk?

If you have a special request to order a large volume of gift cards, leave us a message via www.nandos.co.uk/contactus (click on the gift card option).

Does the Nando's gift card expire?

Yes, if you don't use your card for 18 months your balance will be cleared.

Can I use multiple gift cards on one transaction?

Yes, as long as there is a valid balance on your cards, you can use as many as you want to pay for some or all of you Nando's meal.

How are meals purchased using a gift card refunded?

If in the rare case you need the meal you purchased with a gift card refunding the value will be refunded back onto your gift card.
