I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email, so have you got my order?

If you reached the confirmation screen after placing your order and paying for it, then it's likely that the confirmation email just didn't reach you, so check your junk folder and make sure your email is working ok. If you didn't get to the confirmation screen and didn't get an email it's likely something went wrong and your order hasn't gone through. Please try again or select the order help link.
