Do you deliver?

We do indeed! Nando’s Delivery is now available from many of our restaurants, you can check whether your local delivers to your postcode here: nandos.co.uk/order. If we don't deliver to you, don’t forget you can still see to those cravings with Collect. Order online here and just pop by to pick it up.

Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived yet you can get in touch with a member of the team by clicking the ‘order help link’ in your confirmation email.

Do I need to create an account to place an order for Delivery?

Got a Nando’s Card? Great news! You can use the same details to log in. If you don’t have a Nando’s Card, you’ll be able to create an account when you check out.

How do I register?

Before you start your order, you’ll need to sign in with your Nando’s account details. If you haven’t got one, don’t worry it only takes a few minutes to set up. Click here to set up your account.

I’ve ordered delivery before, why do I need to register again?

We’ve recently upgraded both our App and website so that anyone with a Nando’s Card can collect Chillies when they order. If you don’t have a Nando’s Card, it only takes a few minutes to register and you’ll soon be reaping those PERi-PERi rewards! Click here to set up your account.

Why isn't delivery available in my area?

We’re doing our best to make sure delivery is available for as many PERi-PERi fans as possible, so keep checking (who knows today might be the day!). If delivery isn’t available in your area just yet, don’t forget you can still see to those cravings with Collect. I was able to order a Nando’s Delivery before, why can’t I now?

Every now and then when demand is high, we have to reduce the size of our delivery areas. We’re working with our delivery partner to make sure we won’t need to do this moving forward. In the meantime, click here for Click and Collect.

How does the Delivery fee work?

The closer you are to the restaurant, the lower the delivery fee. This helps Deliveroo to pay riders fairly.

What is the service fee?

This allows us to power your experience with Deliveroo including adding new features and providing great customer service.

Why do I get charged for bags?

By law, we must charge 10p for each single-use carrier bag in Scotland and 5p in Wales. Don't worry, ours are always paper.

An item is missing from my order, what do I do?

Oh no, we’re sorry to hear that! Please click the ‘order help link’ in your confirmation email to log this with our customer support team.

I’ve received confirmation that my order has been delivered, but my food has not arrived. What should I do?

Oh no! Please contact the Customer Support Team.

How do I find the number of the restaurant that is delivering my order?

Check your confirmation email to find the contact details for the restaurant or visit the restaurant page.

What does the estimated arrival time mean?

It’s the estimated time until your delivery arrives.

Can I place an order in advance?

Not right now, but it is something we’re working on so stay tuned!

How is delivery provided to me?

Once you’ve placed your order on our website, it is sent directly to the restaurant for them to prepare. Once it’s ready, a Deliveroo rider will pick up your order and bring it to your delivery address.

I have a Nando’s card, can I earn Chillies with my delivery orders?

Yes! Just enter a valid Nando’s Card number during checkout and you’ll earn Chillies on eligible orders. To learn more on how our Nando’s Card works, visit our About Nando's Card page.

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email, so have you got my order?

If you reached the confirmation screen after placing your order and paid for it, then it's likely that the confirmation email just didn't reach you, so check your junk folder and make sure your email is working.

If you didn't get to the confirmation screen and didn't get an email it's likely something went wrong, and your order hasn't gone through. Please try again or select the order help link here.

Why has my order been cancelled?

If your order has been cancelled unexpectedly, please contact the Delivery customer support team via the Help link on your email.

Can I use vouchers or Gift Cards with delivery orders?

Unfortunately, not right now. Nando's Gift Cards can only be used in restaurant for Walk-in Collect and when ordering online for Collect.

Can I Change or Add Items To My Order?

You can contact the Delivery Customer Support team via the Help link on the confirmation email, and we'll do our best to make sure you get the changes you need.

What happens if I want to cancel my delivery order?

As long as the restaurant has not yet started preparing your order, you’ll be able to cancel your order by calling the restaurant directly. Their number can be found in the help link on your confirmation email or search the restaurant. If the restaurant has already started preparing your order and you want to cancel, please get in touch with us via the help link.

When I try to check out, it says “It’s not possible to place an order – what does this mean?

Sorry to hear that! Sometimes our restaurants need to go offline for a bit when there’s lots of demand. You can always try another Nando’s nearby or order for Collect. If you want to order from this Nando’s specifically, you can always check back a little later when they’re online again.
