How we are keeping our customers safe
Our top priority is (and will always be) keeping you and our teams as safe as possible, so here are the precautions we’ve put in place.
In line with government guidelines, we’ll need to take everyone’s details when you arrive but all you’ll need to do is scan our QR code at the restaurant for that.
We’ve also got a virtual queuing system in place. All you need to do is scan the QR code when you get to the restaurant and you’ll join the queue and get updates along the way.
We're not taking bookings, so to join us just check your local and head on down.
Walk-in, Collect & Delivery
We’re still open for Delivery, Click & Collect and Walk-in Collect (we aren't accepting phone orders right now).
We’re making sure all orders for Delivery, Click & Collect and Walk-in Collect are kept contactless.
We’re only accepting contacless payment and you can still use your Nando's Card with mobile wallet.
We’ve reduced our opening hours, the number of people working (to allow for social distancing) and our menu - don’t worry though, your favourite PERi-fixes should still be available!
We’re checking in on anyone coming to work to make sure they feel fit and well before starting their shift.
We’ve got daily hygiene briefings as well as increased cleaning practises within the restaurant, which includes hand washing at regular intervals.
Our team will be wearing one, so please make sure you do too when you visit (unless you are exempt).
If you are collecting an order, please visit alone where possible.
To maintain social distancing, we may ask you to wait outside the restaurant until it is safe to enter. We’re also providing hand sanitiser for both you and our delivery drivers, and we’ve added screens at our tills for the safety of everyone involved.
