PERi-Cheese Toastie

Ingredients
- 10g Nando’s PERi-PERi Sauce
- 2 slices of bread (use sourdough bread for the perfect toastie)
- 25g grated cheddar cheese
- 25g grated mozzarella cheese
- 14g butter
- 1 tbsp oil
To serve
- Nando’s Mild PERinaise for dipping
Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. While you’re waiting, butter one side of each bread slice.
- On the non-buttered side, spread a layer of Nando’s PERi-PERi Sauce. Add the grated cheese on top with another drizzle of Nando’s PERi-PERi Sauce. Top with another slice of bread.
- Add the sandwich to the frying pan for about three to four minutes on each side, or until the outside looks golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cut the toastie in half and serve with PERinaise.
