Garlic and Herb Roasties

Ingredients
- 1kg white potatoes
- 3 x tbsp Nando’s Garlic & Herb Flavour Shaker
- 5 x tbsp oil
- 3 x tbsp Nando’s Mild PERinaise
- To serve

Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Peel the potatoes, then cut them into quarters (or thirds, if they’re quite small).
- Pour the oil onto a large baking tray and add to the oven to pre-heat.
- Put the potatoes into a large saucepan, fill it with cold water and season with salt. Bring it to the boil and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until tender when poked with a knife.
- Drain the potatoes in a colander, then shake roughly and add to the baking tray. Make sure all sides are coated in the oil.
- Cook for 35 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crisp, turning once halfway. After 30 minutes, sprinkle with the Garlic & Herb Flavour Shaker and toss. Then put them back in the oven for a final five minutes.
