Ingredients

  • 3 x tbsp Nando’s Medium Flavour Shaker
  • 4 x large baking potatoes
  • 1 x tbsp oil
  • 2 x chicken breasts
  • 1 x Nando’s Bag & Bake Medium
  • 2 x 400 g tins of baked beans

To serve

  • Drizzle with PERinaise, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve with a side salad

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pierce the potatoes all over with a fork and rub with one tablespoon of oil. Roast until soft for around 45 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the Bag + Bake and roast on a baking tray for 25 minutes, until cooked through. Rest for 5-10 minutes then slice.
  3. Cook your baked beans and add in 3 tbsp of Medium Flavour Shaker, mixing well until it thickens.
  4. Slice the potatoes in half, adding the spicy beans and some cheese on one side and the chicken on the other, with a drizzle of PERinaise.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley to finish.
