Extra Hot? Medium? PERi-Tamer? We all have our go-to spices at Nando’s.

If you’ve been feeling adventurous and want to know more, you’re in the right place. The PERi-ometer is our very own spice-ranking-machine, think the Scoville scale but PERi-PERi. 

How it works...

1. Pick your main.

From PERi-PERi Chicken to The Great Imitator – our plant-based PERi-PERi - as well as burgers, pittas and wraps. There’s choice and then some. 

2. Hit up the PERi-ometer to add your heat.

Made from a blend of African Birds Eye chillies with squeeze of zesty lemon and garlicky kick, there’s something for everyone. Choose from Plain...ish, our secret spice PERi-Tamer (if you know, you know), Lemon & Herb, Medium, Hot and Extra Hot. And don’t forget guest spices like XX Hot VUSA, our festive Maple & Orange, and 2021’s hit, Garlic BBQ. Here for a good time, not a long time.

3. Over to us.  

We’ll flame-grill your main in your choice of spice, freshly made to order.
