What is Double Chillies week and how does it work?

Double Chillies week is our way of helping you get free food, even faster with Nando’s Rewards. Make one order a day that’s £7 or more between 00:00 BST on Monday 2nd March 2026 and 23:59 BST on Sunday 8th March 2026 and bag two Chillies instead of one.

You can take part as many days as you like during the promotion period and you’ll get a maximum of 2 Chillies per day.

You can order in the restaurant or online using the Nando’s website or Nando’s App.

Show your Nando’s Card (physical or digital) at the till when ordering in a restaurant or make sure you’re logged into your Nando’s account if you’re ordering on one of our digital channels. You won’t be able to earn Chillies if you use Guest Checkout.

How do I join Nando’s Rewards to take part in Double Chillies week?

You can sign up here or in restaurant to start earning Chillies.

Can I get Double Chillies when ordering through Deliveroo?

Deliveroo is excluded. You can instead order via the Nando’s website or app for delivery.

Will I still get Double Chillies when using a discount or a gift card?

Yes, as long as your final order total is £7 or more.

Can I still get Double Chillies if I forgot or couldn’t use my Nando’s Card?

Yes, you can as long as you place a valid order during the promotional window. Just contact our Customer Support team here before the end of the promotion period. If you get in touch after the promotion has ended you won’t be able to get Double Chillies.

When contacting our Customer Support team, you must provide a picture of a valid receipt from an order placed during the promotion period. If you don’t do this we won’t be able to add Double Chillies to your account.

Anything else I need to know?

Non-food items like gift cards, bags, delivery fees and small order fees won’t count towards the minimum spend of £7. If you’re not sure, ask a member of staff or check out the full T&Cs.
