PERi-Club Sandwich

Ingredients

1 x Nando’s Medium Bag & Bake 4 x chicken breasts
12 x slices of your favourite bread
6 x tbsp Nando's Medium PERi-PERi Sauce
6 x tbsp Nando’s PERinaise
8 x lettuce leaves
1 x cucumber, sliced
2 x large tomatoes, sliced
Cheese slices, optional
To serve
Enjoy on its own or add crisps or chips

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Step 2

Add the chicken breasts to the Bag & Bake bag. Shake to coat in the seasoning.

Step 3

Roast on a baking tray for 20 minutes, until cooked through. Leave to rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice.

Step 4

Toast the bread, then spread the PERinaise on each slice.

Step 5

Start stacking your triple layer sandwich. Add the lettuce, sliced chicken, cucumber, tomato and pour over some of the Medium PERi-PERi Sauce, then add the next toast layer and repeat.
