Ingredients
- 3 x tbsp Nando’s Medium Flavour Shaker
- 4 x large baking potatoes
- 1 x tbsp oil
- 2 x chicken breasts
- 1 x Nando’s Bag & Bake Medium
- 2 x 400 g tins of baked beans
To serve
- Drizzle with PERinaise, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve with a side salad
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pierce the potatoes all over with a fork and rub with one tablespoon of oil. Roast until soft for around 45 minutes.
- Add the chicken breasts to the Bag + Bake and roast on a baking tray for 25 minutes, until cooked through. Rest for 5-10 minutes then slice.
- Cook your baked beans and add in 3 tbsp of Medium Flavour Shaker, mixing well until it thickens.
- Slice the potatoes in half, adding the spicy beans and some cheese on one side and the chicken on the other, with a drizzle of PERinaise.
- Sprinkle with parsley to finish.
