PERi-Creamy Chicken Pasta

Meet your new favourite weeknight dinner. Creamy, garlicky and saucy - it's a crowd-pleaser. And they’ll want an encore.


15g Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Rub
25g Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Sauce
1 tbsp oil
250g chicken breasts
300g spaghetti
200g cream cheese
Parsley (optional)


Step 1

Grab a frying pan and heat the oil on a medium to high heat. Dice the chicken, add to the pan and mix in Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Rub. Fry for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked.

Step 2

Stir in the cream cheese, lower the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Then add Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Sauce and simmer for another 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add the spaghetti to a pan of boiling water and cook on a medium heat for about 8-10 minutes – or until the spaghetti’s al dente. Drain and save 60ml of the pasta water.

Step 4

Add the spaghetti to the chicken and sauce mix. If the sauce is a bit thick, add the some of the pasta water.

Step 5

Serve up, sprinkle with parsley if you’re feeling fancy and enjoy.
