PERi-Creamy Chicken Pasta
Grab a frying pan and heat the oil on a medium to high heat. Dice the chicken, add to the pan and mix in Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Rub. Fry for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked.
Stir in the cream cheese, lower the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Then add Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Sauce and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Add the spaghetti to a pan of boiling water and cook on a medium heat for about 8-10 minutes – or until the spaghetti’s al dente. Drain and save 60ml of the pasta water.
Add the spaghetti to the chicken and sauce mix. If the sauce is a bit thick, add the some of the pasta water.
Serve up, sprinkle with parsley if you’re feeling fancy and enjoy.
