1. This promotion is for customers who are starting their first year of university in 2021 and are legal residents of the United Kingdom.
  2. Promotion Period: Between 09:00 BST on 20th September 2021 until 23:59 BST on 26th September 2021. 
  3. Redemption Period: Between 11:00 BST on 1st October 2021 until 23:00 BST on 31st October 2021. 
  4. Offer: Students starting their 1st year of university in 2021 are eligible to receive a Green Reward on their loyalty card, if they sign up between the dates of 20th September & 26th September 2021. 
  5. Eligibility: This promotion is only valid for those individuals who are starting their 1st year of university in 2021, with a valid university email address (AC.UK) & is a card holder of Nando’s Loyalty. If you are not starting university in 2021 or not signed up to Nando’s Loyalty, you are not eligible for this offer. 
  6. To receive the reward on your Nando’s Loyalty card, you must have a valid student email address to sign up & consent to receive marketing communications to receive confirmation of the reward from 1st October 2021.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any circumstances beyond the control of the promoter (including due to COVID-19), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or amend these Terms & Conditions. 
  15. If the Promoter fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, it will be responsible for loss or damage participants suffer that is a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach of these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage that is unforeseeable.
