When life gave us lemons, we added herbs and PERi-PERi. The deliciously addictive taste of our zesty Nando’s sauce is all down to a magic ingredient: our handpicked PERi-PERi (African Bird’s Eye Chillies). Blend with sun-ripened lemons, onions, garlic and spices and you get a sauce that’s bursting with flavour.

What does our Lemon & Herb PERi-PERi Sauce go well with? The truth is it goes with just about anything. A stand-out lemon and herb sauce for chicken (obviously), it also tastes great dipped, drizzled or poured onto fish and veggies for a tangy and garlicky hit with extra zest.
