We all know how to cook a jacket potato, right? Add the ultimate fillings with our Saucy Spud. Chicken, cheese, beans and all the PERinaise. Fired up in the oven, you’re in for a treat...

Ingredients

3 x tbsp Nando’s Medium Flavour Shaker
4 x large baking potatoes
1 x tbsp oil
2 x chicken breasts
1 x Nando’s Bag & Bake Medium
2 x 400 g tins of baked beans
To serve
Drizzle with PERinaise, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve with a side salad

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pierce the potatoes all over with a fork and rub with one tablespoon of oil. Roast until soft for around 45 minutes.

Step 2

Add the chicken breasts to the Bag + Bake and roast on a baking tray for 25 minutes, until cooked through. Rest for 5-10 minutes then slice.

Step 3

Cook your baked beans and add in 3 tbsp of Medium Flavour Shaker, mixing well until it thickens.

Step 4

Slice the potatoes in half, adding the spicy beans and some cheese on one side and the chicken on the other, with a drizzle of PERinaise.

Step 5

Sprinkle with parsley to finish.
